"Do NOT recommend this PG – Unprofessional Management & Security Deposit Not Returned I stayed at this PG and had a very disappointing experience. The management is highly unprofessional — basic cleanliness is not maintained, and issues are ignored. Most concerning is that the owner has not returned my security deposit, which is a significant amount. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any resolution. It feels like they are deliberately avoiding returning the money. Additionally, they pressure tenants to write fake positive reviews, which is extremely unethical. I’m sharing this to warn others — please be careful before choosing this place. Think twice before trusting them with your money. I am very sad and disappointed with how I’ve been treated."

Open kitchen equipped with an induction stove and oven for cooking or reheating. 3. A balcony for every room, providing fresh air and a nice view. 4. It is a newly built, fully secure property with an electronic gate locker and multiple cameras installed for safety. 5. The common areas, including the base area and roof area, are well-maintained and spacious. About the Property Manager: The property manager is very professional and ensures everything runs smoothly. They are approachable, attentive, and committed to maintaining the quality of service in the PG."
